Exclusive importer and distributor of Sanpark robotic parking system

We exclusively import and distribute the renowned robotic parking systems from the Sanpark manufacturer. We distribute the systems in the following countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Benelux and France.

Project development

SafeParking develops projects for above-ground and underground car parcs. This includes the purchase of land, planning permission, costing and yield calculations.

There are two options:

  • Option 1
    We sell the property/project to an investor/developer

  • Option 2
    SafeParking organizes the financing and ARZ Baumanagement GmbH carries out the construction.

  • The work processes at ARZ Baumanagment GmbH guarantees process chain optimization and digitalization.

  • ARZ Baumanagement GmbH is excellently positioned in southern Germany with a first-class reputation, including Employer of the Year 2023.

Maintenance

Maintenance contracts are mandatory and are concluded on a long-term basis of a minimum of 15 years. It is a long-term stable source of income, with the systems being serviced at least twice a year by SafeParking.

Car park operating company

SafeParking guarantees investors a reliable and profitable car park investment through its own car park and underground car park management.

Project construction progress

We communicate the construction progress on a monthly basis to ensure every investor is fully informed at all times.

Shareholders of SafeParking GmbH & Co. KG

Sanpark, the manufacturer of the robotic parking systems, is one of our shareholders. This ensures the reliable supply of the hardware and software for the parking systems on a long-term basis – an advantage all investors greatly appreciate.

Capital requirement

€ 7,400,000.00 for the first car park with 200 parking spaces.

Minimum capital for investors

€ 50,000.00

Return on investment

  • 22% return on investment
    after a maximum of 15 months (calculated from the start of the project) upon sale of the car park.

  • 12% annual return
    through the continuous operation of the car park and/or individual parking spaces. We offer investors the option for us to buy parking spaces back at the original price following a 3-year period.
